Parcel Collection Point

Perhaps you can't to wait in for a parcel delivery. Royal Mail or Parcelforce will leave a card at your house if they can't deliver, asking you to collect the packet from a central depot. Other couriers may simply leave the parcel outside your home!

As a courtesy, and at our discretion, we may be able to receive a parcel for you at our shops. It is very important that you arrange this with us in advance.

And at our discretion we may be able to receive mail for you, too, while you are away. Again, it is very important that you arrange this with us in advance.

We will take reasonable steps to ensure your package is safeguarded for you, but items left with us are at your own risk. This is a free service.
