Coal, Wood & Logs

When it's Winter, and an Easterly blows in from the North Sea, it can be grim near Grimsby. But talk to us - we can keep you toasty.

Village Stores

We stock coal in 25kg sacks, supplied to us by by Capps of Scunthorpe. It's good coal, and our prices are competitive - do ask about our free local home delivery.

Our part of North Lincolnshire is heavily wooded, and so log fires are no problem. We supply logs in nets, and can arrange for a stillage to be delivered if you wish.Of course, during the Summer you may like charcoal. We can supply sacks - do ask!

To really get things going, we can supply fire-lighters and kindling wood.

The kindling supplier is a local man, and he breaks up old pallets to produce his bags of wood. His kindling is old and well-seasoned, and he keeps it dry in a large barn. Prime stuff - we use it ourselves!
